RESTAURANT MANAGER

SUMMARY:
Strand - Cape Town Restaurant Manager

POSITION INFO:

Required:

Fully bilingual.
Matric / Grade 12
Diploma in Hospitality highly advantageous
Minimum 3 years recent experience in a restaurant supervisory role A MUST

Own vehicle required
High level of computer literacy required (MS Excel a must)
Must have own vehicle
Clear Criminal Record

Working hours:
Mondays – Fridays from 7am – 19h00 pm – one day off every 2nd week.
Weekends: 6am – 18h00 pm bi-weekly, off every second weekend

Duties:

Opening and closing of restaurant

Daily management of staff, operations and training
Staff management, training and development
Stock Management
Manage kitchen, customer service, health and safety, equipment maintenance and administration
Ensure high standards of quality and safety
Ensure compliance with all relevant legislation

Salary: R 17 000 per month (Depending on relevant experience)
