Raw Milk Receiver - FCF Durbanville

Main purpose of the job:

To operate the Milk Receiving and UV Process efficiently wih minimum waste while delivering the right quantity and quality product to the production facilities. Preferrable from Durbanville area. 

Minimum Requirements:
• Matric
• Leanership in Milk pasteurising plant/UF plant best practices

Knowledge

• Basic knowledge of milk processing principals and practices
• Knowledge of production and plant specifications
• Knowledge of CIP Practices and Principals, cleaning procedures, compliance standards
• Quality control procedures and workflow in own area
• Basic waste management
• Basic instrumentation
• System fault finding
