POSITION INFO:
Position: Real Estate Administrator

Location: Greenpoint, Cape Town

Reports To: Director

Role Summary:

As a Real Estate Administrator, you will provide critical support to our team, ensuring the smooth operation of our real estate business and make sure all administrative functions are done to complete transactions.

Minimum Qualification Criteria:

• Matric
• 3-5 years of experience in Real Estate Administration is a must
• Own Vehicle - preferred

• MS Word
• MS Excel - Compulsory
• Asana - Would be advantageous

• Managing and maintaining accurate records and databases
• Processing all property transactions from end to end
• Coordinating transactions, communications, and documentation
• Providing exceptional customer service to clients and stakeholders (Banks, Conveyancers, etc)
• Assisting with marketing and administrative tasks as needed

• Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
