SUMMARY:
A leading company in the Food Manufacturing industry in Gauteng and within the Johannesburg area, is seeking a dedicated and experienced Receiving/Dispatch Clerk to join our dynamic team. With a reputation for excellence and a commitment to delivering high-quality services, we rely on the expertise of our Receiving/Dispatch Clerk to ensure accurate receiving and dispatching of products and fruits.

POSITION INFO:
Experience:
At least two (2) years as a Receiving/Dispatch Clerk within the Food manufacturing industry.
Formal qualifications

Matric or equivalent NQF level
Own transport

Responsibilities

Pick boxes according to customer needs (orders).
Ensure that documents are is completed upon completion
Ensure that the dispatch area hygiene conditions are maintained as per the requirement of the hygiene policy
Ensure proper care in handling items at the Warehouse area
Ensure packaging and labels are done correctly
Stock Take
Reporting issues to relevant Managers and Staff
To comply with the applicable compliance guidelines.
And any other tasks necessary for the conduct of the business as the employer may from time to time direct.
Commit to act according to the key management principles and the safety-first culture as defined in the Safety-first policy

Excellent communication skills (fluent in English)
Mathematic skills
Computer literacy
Attention to detail
Work well under pressure
Effective problem-solving skills
Awareness of safety regulations and practices
To comply with the applicable compliance guidelines
