SUMMARY:
Our client, a well known nursery, seeks to employ a Receiving/Checkpoint Clerk to join their operations in Gqeberha. This role is responsible for duties at checkpoint as well as limited stores and goods receiving tasks.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Duties:

Verify slips with purchases/goods after customer leaves tillpoint
Report writing in cases of discrepancies/incidents
Follow up with cashiers when above occurs
Report any incidents to management immediately
Keep an eye on customer parking area, ensuring a safe and secure environment
Assist in stores with deliveries, counting and checking stock
Welcoming customers, following Covid-19 protocols and ensuring all customers sanitize upon entry

Requirements:

Experience working in a Goods Receiving/Security environment
Customer orientated
Very responsible, alert be assertive whilst still being friendly and welcoming
Physically fit
Able to work 7 days a week, 08:00 - 17:00
