SUMMARY:
A leading company that specialises in delivering innovative spacing solutions is currently recruiting for a well presented Receptionist/Office Administrator with at least 2 years’ relevant experience. This position is based close to Kempton Park, Gauteng.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Minimum requirements:

Essential: 2 + years’ experience in a similar position.
Computer Literate and proficient in Microsoft Office.
Essential: Experience in procurement.

Duties and responsibilities:

Responsible for adhering to Company Policies and Procedures and ensuring all the right paperwork is correct and submitted on time.
Communicating Company correspondence to Staff at the branch without email and place notices on Board.
Taking and passing on of messages when left for members of staff.
Receiving, welcoming, directing and announcing visitors appropriately, Covid protocols & processes included.
Receiving and arranging of deliveries via courier as well as the tracking and communication thereof.
Responsible for giving office support and reporting issues with our suppliers, order ink cartridges, maintain paper, report power failures to municipality.
Assisting with the setup of Boardrooms for meetings and functions and assisting in offering/serving guests with beverages and help with tidying up kitchen area when office cleaner is off.
Provide Covid-19 policies to clients.
Answering, screening and forwarding the calls.
Responsible to replenish groceries and stationary.
Assisting with travel management.
Set-up of boardroom for meetings.
Assisting with tenders.
