SUMMARY:
We are seeking a Reception Supervisor responsible for managing the reception area and ensuring compliance with patient services, risk management protocols, and strategic objectives. The role involves supervising, motivating, and supporting a team to maintain a high standard of service.

POSITION INFO:

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the quality management system and ensure compliance with audit standards.
Manage reception and administrative functions, including bed bookings and pre-payments.
Lead, motivate, and develop staff, ensuring performance and training plans are in place.
Ensure accurate patient data entry and billing processes.
Manage operational costs, cash handling, and compliance with financial protocols.

Requirements:

Grade 12.
Experience in healthcare, people management, and customer service.
Knowledge of admissions procedures and funder rules.
Basic understanding of financial principles and medical terminology.
Computer proficiency (IMEDS or similar systems).

Competencies:

Problem-solving, communication, and leadership.
Strong customer service orientation.
Ability to build relationships and lead by example.
