Job title: Reception/Admin Clerk (Junior)

Are you passionate about providing exceptional support and care in a geriatric environment? Our client, based in Strand (Helderberg), in the geriatric care industry, is seeking a dedicated and responsible Reception/Admin Clerk (Junior) to join their team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the first point of contact for visitors and inquiries, maintaining a friendly and professional demeanor.
• Manage daily administrative tasks efficiently, including scheduling, filing, and record-keeping.
• Utilize computer systems effectively for data entry, communication, and reporting.
• Provide empathetic and patient-centered support to residents and their families.
• Collaborate with staff to ensure smooth operational processes.

Requirements:

• Proven reliability and responsibility in previous roles.
• Good knowledge and understanding of the elderly and their unique needs.
• Demonstrated patience and compassion when interacting with residents and families.
• Strong administrative and computer skills, with attention to detail.

Salary offered: R8,000 – R10,000 per month, depending on experience.

Location: Based in Strand

Type: Full time, permanent in-office position.
