JOB DESCRIPTION:

Minimum requirements:

1. Computer literate (Excel/word)

2. Proficient in English and Afrikaans

3. A valid Grade 12 certificate

4. Excellent communication skills

5. Candidates must have excellent typing skills

6. 2 years administrative experience

Responsibilities:

Typing of reports/minutes
Stock takes, orders & quotations
Liaising with managers and clients in a professional manner telephonically and via e-mail.
Maintain and update goods issued/inter exchanges
Filing of documents
General administrative duties

Working Hours: 0700-1300 OR 0800 - 1400
