SUMMARY:
Receptionist & Office Administrator (disability candidate)- Pietermaritzburg

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Our client is a family-owned manufacturing business with a national footprint. They would like to bring on board a friendly and efficient receptionist and office administrator who will be based at their facility in Pietermaritzburg.

Key areas of responsibility:

  • Answering the phone and accepting visitors
  • Ordering stationery and groceries
  • Providing basic administrative support to other staff
  • Photocopying and faxing documents
  • Sending emails when required
  • Assisting with health and safety admin.

Requirements:

  • Matric
  • At least 1 to 2 years of experience in an admin/front-line role
  • Must be a person living with a disability
  • Computer literate (Excel, emails, Word)
  • Well-spoken and presentable
  • Good written communication skills
  • Logical and organised.
