The Receptionist will be the first point of contact for visitors and callers, embodying our company’s professional and friendly demeanour. This role involves managing communications, coordinating administrative tasks, and providing support to various departments to ensure smooth daily operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Communication: Screen and direct all incoming calls professionally and efficiently.
Visitor Management: Greet and assist on-site visitors, ensuring they are directed to the appropriate parties.
Travel Arrangements: Book flights, accommodation, and car rentals for employees as needed.
Office Supplies: Order and distribute stationery, office supplies, and printing materials.
Maintenance Coordination: Create work orders for any office-related maintenance requirements.
Sales Support: Assist the sales team with ad hoc employee purchases and other administrative needs.
Credit Applications: Complete and submit credit applications and related documentation.
Quotations and Orders: Request quotations, place orders, and manage procurement processes.
Boardroom Management: Oversee and manage boardroom schedules and bookings.
Document Archiving: Assist with the archiving of old documents and records.
Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support as required.

Requirements:

Education: Matric and an Office Admin Qualification.
Experience: 2-3 years of front-end experience in a similar role.
Personality: Pleasant and vibrant with a strong customer service orientation.
Skills: Excellent organizational and communication skills; ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
