SUMMARY:
Cornubia - We are looking for a Receptionist to manage the front desk and perform various administrative tasks. As the Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact and be responsible for providing a welcoming and professional atmosphere and administrative support.

POSITION INFO:
Key Responsibilities:

Greet and welcome visitors/clients in a friendly and professional manner.
Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.
Schedule and coordinate appointments and meetings.
Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the reception area.
Handle inquiries and provide information to clients and guests.
Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
Assist with administrative tasks as needed, including filing, data entry etc.
Collaborate with other staff members to ensure efficient office operations.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a receptionist or in a highly administrative role.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
