Opportunity Available!! Our leading client in the FMCG Sector is looking to employ a Receptionist to join their dynamic team in Gqeberha/Port Elizabeth.

POSITION INFO:
Job Responsibilities: 

• Greet and assist visitors in a friendly and professional manner
• Answer and direct phone calls, taking messages when necessary
• Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence (email, mail, packages)
• Schedule and coordinate appointments, meetings, and events
• Maintain and update office records, files, and documents
• Assist with general administrative tasks, including data entry and filing
• Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and welcoming
• Provide general information about the company’s services and operations
• Handle inquiries from clients, customers, and staff

• Matric
• Previous experience in a receptionist
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and general office equipment
• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
