Receptionist – Prestigious 4 Hotel*
This 4* hotel in Cape Town is seeking a professional and service-driven Receptionist to oversee the guest journey from arrival to departure. This role requires an individual who is passionate about guest service, organization, and front office operations.
Key Responsibilities:

Welcome guests at the front entrance, assist with parking, check-in, and rooming.

Provide exceptional guest assistance throughout their stay.

Handle reservations, guest queries, and telephone inquiries.

Prepare guest accounts, process payments, and manage check-outs.
-
Maintain accurate records and filing systems for smooth front office operations.
-
Assist with luggage handling and transportation when required.
-
Ensure guests have a memorable and seamless experience, bidding them farewell upon departure.
Requirements:

Matric qualification.
-
Hospitality-related tertiary qualification (advantageous).
-
Experience as a Front Office Receptionist in a 4-star establishment.

Ability to work various shifts and across multiple functions (luggage handling, driving, reception, etc.).

Valid driver’s license.
-
Proficiency in MS Office and Opera PMS.
