Key Responsibilities:

Answering and directing incoming calls with a friendly and professional demeanour.
Managing the front desk and greeting visitors, ensuring a positive first impression.
Assisting with day-to-day administrative tasks, including data entry, scheduling, and filing.
Handling inquiries and maintaining office supplies and equipment.
Managing email and phone communication in a timely and professional manner.

POSITION INFO:
Skills & Experience & Key Attributes

A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a receptionist or admin role.
Matric/Grade12
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
Excellent telephone manner and communication skills.
High-energy, proactive, and professional attitude.
Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
A self-starter who can take initiative and work independently.
A passion for customer service and building positive relationships.
Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
Positive, professional, and approachable demeanour.
