SUMMARY:
My client is seeking a dynamic and experienced Receptionist/ Administrator.

POSITION INFO:
You will effectively perform the required administration of the unit and assist with frontline liaison to staff, clients, the public & residents.

Requirements:
Matric
Drivers License
Computer Literate (Word & Excel)
Secretarial/ Administration Certificate Advantageous
3 - 5 years relevant, proven reception, secretarial & administrative experience
Fully bilingual (English & Afrikaans)

Skills:
Must be able to coordinate & organise
Have great attention to detail
Excellent communication (verbal & written)
Interpersonal skills
Ability to take initiative
Presentable
Analytical thinking

Responsibilities: (but not limited to)
Switchboard & Reception duties
Marketing - manage viewings & appointments; attend to queries; market unit via telephone, email.
Manage emergency bell system
Maintaining databases and updating of files and information
Accurate record-keeping, filing & archiving
Administration of applications, exit & transfers
Liaise with external stakeholders
Log maintenance requests & follow-up
