Our client based in Brakpan is looking for an energetic professional. Experienced in handling a wide range of administrative and related tasks and able to work independently, work under pressure with little or no supervision. Well organized, flexible, and enjoy the administrative challenges of supporting an office of diverse people.

Requirements:

Matric
Languages: English and Afrikaans
Valid Driver’s License (is essential)
Proficient in MS Office - Computer skills and knowledge of office software packages Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint and PASTEL.
Proven office administrative skills – Reports, Office admin, Personnel files, Printing.
Problem-solving skills.
Excellent written and telephone communication skills.
Capturing of data.
