Receptionist (Hotel industry)

They are looking for a professional and guest-centric Receptionist who will be the face of their hotel, ensuring a seamless and welcoming experience for every guest.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome guests at the front entrance and assist with parking
• Facilitate check-in, rooming, and guest assistance during their stay
• Handle guest queries (in-person & via phone) and take reservations
• Maintain records and manage the filing system
• Process payments and prepare guest accounts
• Ensure smooth check-out and warmly bid guests farewell

Requirements:

Matric (essential)
Hospitality-related Tertiary Qualification (advantageous)
Previous experience as a Front Office Receptionist (preferably in a 4* establishment)
Ability to work various shifts and multi-task across reception, luggage handling & driving
Driver’s license (essential)
Computer literacy – MS Office & Opera experience required
