Receptionist / Sales Administrator

Our client based in Milnerton requires a determined Sales Administrator to join their growing team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for callers, while also providing crucial administrative support to our sales team.

Key responsibilities include answering and directing calls, managing client inquiries, scheduling appointments, and processing sales orders.

The ideal candidate is friendly, detail-oriented, and comfortable handling multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

REQUIREMENTS

• Grade 12
• 2 years working experience in a similar role
• Excellent communication skills
• MS Office Package experience
• Well organised / Disciplined
• Excellent presentation
• Excellent customer service

• Reporting to the Regional Sales Manager
• Proactively contact potential customers via phone to introduce and promote the range of vape products
• Qualify leads, understand customer needs, and convert prospects into loyal customers
• Follow up on leads generated from marketing campaigns and other sources
• Responsible for making outbound calls to obtain new customer business
• Service existing customers
• Handle customer inquiries and objections effectively to close sales
• Maintain a high level of product knowledge to offer accurate and up-to-date information
• Upsell and cross-sell products to maximize revenue
• Support the External Sales team
• Supporting the Admin Manager
• Provide proactive customer support, inform them about new products or services
• Collect feedback for a database
