Well established company is looking for a professional front line receptionist to join their team in the Strand area.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Receiving visitors at the front desk by greeting, welcoming, directing and announcing them appropriately
Answering and forwarding incoming phone calls
Administrative support across the organization
Perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks

QUALIFICATION & SKILLS REQUIRED

Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
Customer service attitude
Matric
Positive attitude
