JOB DESCRIPTION:

A media manufacturing company that specialises in the field of Medical Diagnostics, Microbiology and other diagnostic media in the medical and food industry requires an Admin Clerk to support the day to day administration of their business. This position is very much a Girl Friday role with a variety of every-day responsibilities. You will manage information and communication and perform administrative and clerical duties which help ensure that the organisation runs like a well oiled ship.

Requirements include:

Matric Certificate
Strong computer literacy skills with excellent command of MS Word and MS Excel
Strong Organisational Skills with attention paid to detail
Fluent in both English and Afrikaans with great communication skills

Duties will include but are not limited to:

Reception duties
Office management
General Administration
Communication between different departments
