Minimum requirements:
- Matric
- Prior experience in the Real Estate industry (use of Property 24 and Private Property)
- Knowledge of the general principles applicable to contracts
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Fluent in Afrikaans and English
- Valid driver's license and own vehicle
- A positive attitude and ability to adapt to a dynamic work environment

Duties and responsibilities:
- Be the first point of contact for clients, greeting them with a warm and professional demeanor
- Answer and direct phone calls, emails and enquiries to the appropriate team members
- Provide administrative support to our team of real estate agents, including preparing new listings for our online portals, preparing documents and maintaining client records
- Co-ordinate weekly meetings and ensure the office runs smoothly and efficiently
- Handle general office duties, such as filing, data entry and inventory management
Remuneration:
R 12 000 Cost to Company + Annual bonus in birthday month
