Purpose of the Job:
As the Receptionist, your primary role is to ensure a welcoming and professional atmosphere for all visitors and callers. You will be responsible for managing communication channels, maintaining office organization, and supporting various administrative tasks, contributing to the efficient operation of our company.
Required Qualifications
- Matriculation certificate.
- Tertiary qualification- advantageous.
POSITION INFO:
Technical Competencies & Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years of similar experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Syspro or Similar ERP Software experience.
- Experience with greeting and welcoming guests, ascertaining their visit's nature, and notifying appropriate personnel.
- Ensure office security by monitoring access and maintaining visitor logs.
- Take and relay messages promptly and accurately.
- Provide information about the organization and assist callers with inquiries.
- Verify beneficiary bank details as per instructions from Wage Manager or Corporate Financial Manager.
