Receptionist/Administrator - The Role:
To provide an efficient and responsive administrative/organisational service for the showroom.
Receptionist/Administrator - Key Responsibilities:
- Cover the showroom''s switchboard in reception, answering incoming calls and then distributing them efficiently
- Meet and greet clients and make appointments for the appropriate member
- To open and correctly distribute incoming mail in a timely manner
- Provide hospitality to potential customers (i.e., offer them a coffee etc. and make them feel welcome and at ease)
- Maintain brochure levels in stock and on display
- Taking full details of all enquiries by phone, email and from visitors, then immediately pass them to Sales Administration
- Ensure level of stationery is adequate and order stock accordingly
- Assist with all postal mailshots, and the sending of individually addressed emails
- Receive and sort weekly planning applications
Receptionist/Administrator - You:
- A good deal of common sense, etiquette, and ability to think on one''s feet
- Flexibility
- Ability to work without supervision and to work as part of a team
- Good organisational and planning skills
- Knowledge of Microsoft office
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to use one''s initiative to resolve issues quickly in an appropriate manner
