We are looking to recruit five days per week (Monday to Friday) on reduced hours, e.g. 9am-3pm, to be agreed with the successful candidate. Ideally the successful candidate would be flexible and able to work full days to cover sickness and holiday when required.

·Flexibility to work in our other offices if required preferred
·Previous reception/administration experience would be an advantage
Key Roles
·Processing incoming calls and greeting visitors
·Communicating with clients, both by telephone and face to face
·Scanning and document filing
·Daily post and banking duties
·Assisting with IT and office maintenance queries
·Various administration tasks to suit the various department’s requirements
