A rapidly expanding bridging finance company is looking for a highly motivated candidate to join their team as a Receptionist/Administrator/PA. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a keen eye for detail, a strong sense of due diligence, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
POSITION INFO:
Key Responsibilities:
- Answering and managing phone calls
- Drafting legal documents (e.g., amending contract templates, populating contracts)
- Reviewing and analysing interview videos for assessment purposes
- Performing basic mathematical calculations relevant to contracts and finance
- Conducting due diligence checks to ensure accuracy in documentation
- Understanding and interpreting terms and conditions in legal documents
- Having a basic understanding of Commonwealth law
- Managing communication channels (emails, phones, mail)
- Providing administrative support to the team
- Organising meetings as required

Working hours & Benefits- Monday to Friday UK times 09:00 – 18:00
- Laptop and mobile will be provided and necessary training.
- Salary £12,000 (R270,000) per annum.
Preferred Qualifications:- Basic understanding of Commonwealth law and legal terminology
- Prior office experience is not essential—we provide full training!
