Our client a well-established wine estate is urgently looking for an experienced Receptionist/Switchboard Operator to join their organization

Location: Stellenbosch, Western Cape

Requirements
  • Matric
  • Minimum 2 years of reception/switchboard experience
  • Must have an excellent speaking voice
  • Knowledge of switchboards and phone systems
  • PMS
Responsibilities:
  • Answering phones in a polite and fast manner
  • Handling administrative tasks
  • Transferring calls
  • Providing information as requested
  • Guest relations
  • Assisting with Rooms and booking queries
