Receptionists: meet and greet, assist clients, general administration
Guest Attendants: serve customers, clean and tidy the venue
F&B Attendants: Manage stock, replenish supplies and liaise with the Manager regarding orders
Baristas: preparing and serving artisinal coffees
Commis Chefs: Trained and experienced junior kitchen staff, manage and refill buffet station, prepare light meals
General requirements:
Provide excellent, friendly and knowledgeable customer service
Maintain high standards of service and quality
Follow all company systems, policies and procedures
Keep equipment and the work stations clean and sanitary
Assist with storage, stock, rotation and maintenance of all products
Food safety and hygiene
Desired Experience & Qualification:
Matric
Hosptality qualification or experience
Able to work shifts
