The Opportunity:
Our Finance Department here at the Company are looking for an experienced Sales Reconciliation Analyst to join our in-house Finance Department. This position is suited for an individual who has a passion for reconciliations to ensure cash is reconciled in a timely and efficient manner, whilst maintaining a professional relationship with colleagues and customers. This role will deal with finance, corporate finance and project managers on a daily basis.
How you will make a difference:
- Comprehensive daily sales reconciliations of all flight sectors based on agreed exceptions and tolerance
- Complete the prescribed investigation for all sales/stock discrepancies
- Allocation of crew commission report based on all sales
- In-house software user testing for reconciliation process
- Monthly reporting of all sales reconciliations
- General administration
- Any other ad hoc duties required
The skills you will bring:
- You have a proven track record of analysing and processing large volumes of data
- You are extremely numerate with excellent attention to detail
- You have experience working in a finance department with an understanding of departmental relationships and responsibilities
- You have high attention to detail with a highly structured and organised approach
- You have excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- You are an adaptable and flexible individual who maintains a calm approach under pressure
- You are a strong team player who is also able to work on your own initiative.
- You have good intermediate Excel experience including Formulas and Vlookup functions.
