Reconciliation Administrator

POSITION INFO:
Our client is looking for a Reconciliation Administrator to join their team! In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy of Cash, Asset Position, and Trade Processing reconciliations. You will investigate and resolve discrepancies, work with internal and external stakeholders, and make sure everything aligns with policies and regulations.
Key Responsibilities:

• Perform daily reconciliations of Cash, Asset Position, and Trade Processing items.
• Investigate and resolve item breaks, escalating issues when necessary.
• Ensure reconciliations are completed according to procedures and regulatory standards.
• Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports.
• Load transactions onto the fund accounting system (Hiportfolio).
• Work with clients and teams to resolve unmatched items.
• Train new team members and provide support as needed.

• Education:
  
  • Required: Diploma in Finance and Accounting
  • Preferred: Bachelor’s Degree in Finance and Accounting
• Experience:
  
  • 1-2 years of experience in financial reconciliations.
  • Familiarity with financial systems like Intellimatch and MS Office.
  • Experience working with clients and resolving queries.

• Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and with a team.
• Knowledge of financial instruments and reconciliation processes.
