We are looking for a Recruiter to be part of our dynamic team based in Centurion.

Role Overview:
As a Recruiter you will play a key role in sourcing, identifying, and engaging exceptional candidates for our clients. You will work closely with a team of dedicated professionals, contributing to the growth and success of the business by providing tailored recruitment solutions. Your passion for talent acquisition and ability to work in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment will be crucial to your success in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Regularly consult with management to ensure requirements are being met.
• Build relationships with managers across the business.
• Discuss suitability of candidates with line managers after interviews.
• Regularly consult with recruitment partners to ensure that they are aware of all requirements and needs.
• Build relationships with recruitment partners.
• Develop Interview methodology in consultation with line management.
• Create and maintain a centralised library of job profiles and competency-based interview guides (must meet legislative criteria).
• Manage the database for recruitment and keep an updated CV status record.
• Facilitate the process of external assessments & technical assessments.
• Screen all internal and external applications, ensuring that the job profile is adhered to.
• Schedule interviews and serve as the HC representative in all initial interviews and where required.
• Ensure the feedback is given to the candidates re the outcome of the interviews as per the Recruitment Process.
• Adhere to Recruitment Process for the different business areas.
• Conduct reference checks on all potential employees.
• Ensure management align with the organisation’s employment equity targets.
• Maintain recruitment website and database of job seekers categorised by skill and keep Dashboard updated.
• Arrange and conduct interviews for staff in line for promotion and manage the process.
• Manage the Exit Interview process.

• Proven experience in recruitment (Minimum of 3 years preferred).
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Self-motivated with a high level of energy and a desire to succeed.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and/or recruitment management software.
• A proactive, solution-focused mindset.
• A positive, enthusiastic, and professional attitude.
