SUMMARY:
Due to continued growth, Measured Ability Outsourcing Group, a leading national Temporary Employment Service (TES), and South African Labour Powerhouse, has a permanent vacancy for a Recruiter to join our Durban Operations Team.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Key Objectives

Recruitment of high caliber staff for the temp desk in accordance with company procedures and Client Service Level Agreements
Assist with resource planning
Provide exceptional service to clients, both internal and external.
Ensure that all clients have a “pool of staff” in their immediate geographic area for assignment at short notice.
Identify viable sources for appropriate candidates.
Advertise vacancies and handle responses.
Screen candidates against Client specifications, identify possible candidates and engage them in conversation.
Invite pre-screened candidates to attend an interview at the Office and advise them of the required paperwork to expedite registration.
Ensure all personnel files are compliant with company benchmarking procedures, including existing “pool of staff” upon commencement
Pre-employment medicals where relevant and fitness certificate’s
Conduct and mark entry assessments.
Conduct criminal checks using the AFIS Biometric Fingerprinting System.
Conduct ITC checks, Drivers Licence Verifications, Educational Verifications.
Conduct reference checks and character reference checks.
Type CV’s where required for submission to Clients.
Introduce appropriate candidates to clients and coordinate further interviews and screening processes.
Responsible for conducting VTS assessments in house and at various client sites.

Minimum Requirements

2 Years experience in Blue Collar Bulk Recruitment.
A clean and clear criminal record
