We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a background in marketing, excellent client relationship-building skills, and a thorough understanding of the recruitment process. This position requires a proactive individual who can identify and attract top talent to meet our client's staffing needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- As a Recruiter you will play a key role in sourcing, identifying, and engaging with exceptional candidates for our clients.
- You will work closely with a team of dedicated professionals, contributing to the growth and success of the business by providing tailored recruitment solutions
- 360 Degree Recruitment from sourcing clients, to successfully matching candidates to the right opportunities.
- Loading Adverts, screening CV's, arranging interviews, Reference checking
- Marketing!
- Building GREAT relationships!
Requirements:
- Matric Certificate
- SA citizen
- Previous experience as a Recruiter is essential.
- Bachelor’s degree/National Diploma in Human Resource Management is preferred but not required

- R8000 Basic + attractive commission structure (Desk fee applies)
