POSITION INFO:
Job Title: Recruiter (Technical)
Location: Centurion - Hennopspark
Salary: Market related
Vacancy Type: Full-Time - This is not a remote /hybrid position

Non- negotiable qualifications and experience required:

Diploma/degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
5+ Years of Experience Recruiting in a Technical Environment (preferably engineering field)
A basic understanding of engineering disciplines

Beneficial requirements:

Strong verbal and written communication skills
Knowledge in conducting technical interviews
Ability to match the best technical candidates with the right engineering roles
5+ Years of Experience Recruiting in an engineering field.

Duties and responsibilities:

Talent sourcing & recruitment
Staying updated with trends in the engineering industry and understand the demand for specific engineering skills
Organise and coordinate interviews with HR & hiring manager
Work closely with managers understand their hiring needs and job requirements
Keeping candidates informed and provide timely feedback
Establishing strong relationships with universities and engineering groups
