Recruiter (Technical)

POSITION INFO:
Job Title: Recruiter (Technical)
Location: Centurion - Hennopspark
Salary: Market related
Vacancy Type: Full-Time - This is not a remote /hybrid position
 
 
Non- negotiable qualifications and experience required:

• Diploma/degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• 5+ Years of Experience Recruiting in a Technical Environment (preferably engineering field)
• A basic understanding of engineering disciplines

• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Knowledge in conducting technical interviews
• Ability to match the best technical candidates with the right engineering roles
• 5+ Years of Experience Recruiting in an engineering field. 

• Talent sourcing & recruitment
• Staying updated with trends in the engineering industry and understand the demand for specific engineering skills
• Organise and coordinate interviews with HR & hiring manager
• Work closely with managers understand their hiring needs and job requirements
• Keeping candidates informed and provide timely feedback
• Establishing strong relationships with universities and engineering groups
