Senior Recruiter or Research/Candidate Recruiter (Remote position)
Our client base is growing exponentially, and we are hiring Recruiters and Research/Candidate Recruiters to join our team.
We are looking for people who are independent and in control of their own income potential and believe they can make placements. People that have previous recruiting experience and a track record of placement success and references to confirm they are team players with a positive attitude, great work ethic and drive for continuous improvement.
We have a loyal client base with more than enough job specs to assist you in hitting the ground running. We are a home office working environment and you will need your own laptop and reliable Wi-Fi. Our commission-only structure is a higher risk for higher reward model, and for this we offer a higher than industry norm commission structure with no desk cost or deficit systems.
The main responsibilities and skills will include:
- Sourcing and screening of specialised candidates.
- Interview, reference and collate CV and other documents.
- Management of the interview and offer process.
- Management of the notice and guarantee periods.
- Recruitment administration for APSO and POPIA compliance.
- Excellent, professional written and verbal communication and people skills.
