Knowledge and Experience:
Solid experience with social media recruitment tools
Experience with application tracking systems and HR databases
Customer obsessed with experience in delivery a customer centric talent acquisition service
Research and identify job leads to recruit for
Identify new candidates and opportunities
Key Responsibilities:

Source new candidates from sites, social media etc.
Contact candidates and conduct initial screening
Build a pool of candidates for present and future roles
Use job profiles to source relevant candidates
Plan criteria searches through all available sources
Work with approved agencies to find suitable candidates
Understand and manager candidates’ aspirations to ensure that are put forward for the right roles
Coordinate with relevant stakeholders to build tailored job profiles
Maintain communication throughout the candidate experience
Shadow and learn from the Talent/Headhunter
Perform all duties of a recruiter for the entire talent acquisition process
