Recruiter/Sourcing Specialist-UK tech - Cape Town - R500 000 per Annum up to R2 Million per Annum commission uncapped – payable quarterly

 Commercial finance advisory (asset finance, invoice finance and loan products) and Recruitment Group (Doctors into NHS and private and commercial recruiters in the commercial and tech space) in the UK, seeks a Recruiter to find and qualify candidates for available jobs in the Tech space, short-list them for jobs and qualify them. We are looking for someone who specialises in ‘Tech’ (ideally product roles) and possibly someone who has worked in the advertising sector, this person will have worked in Recruitment for min 3yrs and knows how to identify and qualify candidates and knows their sector well. Commission driven individual, young, hungry, dynamic; target driven. Ideally start this team in Jan/Feb 2022 on a 3-month EOR (Employer of Record) basis then work for the UK head office directly on a perm full time basis.
