Job Title: Recruitment 360 (Fashion, Beauty, Consumer Goods & Digital Industries)
Location: Remote (Working Australian Hours: 5 AM - 1 PM SA Time)
Salary: R25,000 + Lucrative Commission + Bonus Structure

Job Overview

We are seeking a 360-Degree Recruiter with a strong background in the Fashion, Beauty, Consumer Goods, Big Box Retail, and Digital industries. This role requires a driven and ambitious individual who is passionate about recruitment and thrives in a fast-paced, results-driven environment. You will manage the entire recruitment cycle, from business development to candidate placement, while maintaining exceptional relationships with clients and candidates alike.

Key Responsibilities

Business Development & Client Management

• Identify and secure new business opportunities within the Fashion, Beauty, Retail, and Digital industries.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, understanding their hiring needs.
• Provide expert recruitment advice and market insights to clients.

Candidate Sourcing & Talent Acquisition

• Proactively source, screen, and shortlist top-tier candidates.
• Manage the candidate journey from initial contact to placement.
• Conduct interviews, evaluate skills, and match candidates to suitable roles.

End-to-End Recruitment Process

• Manage job advertisements, applications, and responses.
• Negotiate offers and ensure a seamless hiring process.
• Handle contract negotiations and compliance matters.

Market Research & Industry Trends

• Stay up to date with emerging industry trends, talent movements, and new technologies.
• Provide insights and strategic recommendations to clients and candidates.

Requirements

• Proven 3 - 5 years of experience as a 360-Degree Recruiter within the Digital, Consumer, Retail, Lifestyle, Fashion, or Beauty industries.
• Strong business development and client relationship management skills.
• Ability to source and attract top talent through innovative recruitment strategies.
• Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and remotely, managing multiple assignments simultaneously.
• A proactive and results-driven mindset with a passion for recruitment.
• Experience working with recruitment CRM and ATS platforms is a plus.
• Willing to work Australian working hours (5 AM - 1 PM SA time).
