JOB DESCRIPTION:

DESCRIPTION OF OFFICE FUNCTIONS:

Assisting with all aspects of administrative management including managing database, filing etc.
Working closely with consultants in relation to administrative functions.
Coordinating between departments and operating units in resolving day-to-day administrative and operational problems
Scheduling and coordinating meetings, interviews, events and other similar activities
Sending out and receiving mail and email.
Preparing business correspondence, agendas, and presentations, typically using Microsoft Office [Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook]
Loading New Starts on Sage VIP & Sage Pastel
Assisting in various daily operations

EXPERIENCE & COMPUTER SKILLS:

Minimum 3 - 5 years’ experience in an administrative and payroll background
Sage VIP & Pastel – [Essential will be tested]
ADVANCED Microsoft Word, Excel & PowerPoint – [Essential will be tested]
Typing Speed of 60+ words per minute [Essential – will be tested]
Experience on Placement Partner [Recruitment Database] an advantage
Administrative Diploma
Matric
