Requirements:

Highly driven and self-motivated
Excellent interpersonal, decision-making, and communication skills
Proven work experience within Recruitment with proven sales
Proven headhunting experience
Knowledge of enhanced sourcing techniques
Business Development skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent networking and presentation skills
A team player as well as able to work independently

Responsibilities:

Flexibility to work remotely
We will pay upwards from 20% commission
Consultants receive monthly bonuses for achieving certain milestones
