With a commission structure of up to 30%, you will be incentivised for success more than at any other agency!

We’re looking for an energetic, resourceful, and driven Recruitment Consultant to join our growing team. If you have the skills to match top candidates with the right opportunities and a passion for creating win-win situations, then you’re exactly who we need.

What You Bring:

Proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition (at least 2 years)
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
A knack for sourcing and engaging top talent
Excellent candidate management abilities

What You’ll Do:

Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for various clients, including existing and new
Build and maintain lasting relationships with clients and candidates
Source, interview, and assess candidates
Provide a tailored recruitment experience, ensuring a perfect match for both clients and candidates
