SUMMARY:
Our dynamic, established, Durban based recruitment agency is looking for an experienced recruitment consultant to join our team. You will play a pivotal role in helping businesses find exceptional talent. You will manage the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing and interviewing candidates to building strong client relationships and ensuring successful placements.

POSITION INFO:

Key Responsibilities:

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their hiring needs and business goals.
Source, screen, and interview candidates to assess their skills, experience, and cultural fit.
Manage the recruitment process from start to finish, including job advertising, shortlisting, interviewing, and offer negotiation.
Provide advice to candidates on career development, interview preparation, and market insights.
Achieve targets for placements, revenue, and client satisfaction.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM system.

Key Skills and Experience:

Proven experience in agency recruitment
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
A results-driven mindset with a focus on meeting and exceeding targets.
Proficiency in using recruitment tools and CRM systems is an advantage.
