Position: Recruitment Consultant (Remote Work)
Salary: Will be discussed in the interview

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Client Management:

Build, develop and maintain strong client relationships, with a good understanding of the client’s needs, ensuring satisfaction and delivering tailored services.

Candidate Sourcing:

Working through various job portals to source, screen and recruit candidates
Conducting interviews & assessments to evaluate candidate suitability (knowledge, experience and skills)
Placing of candidates and following up with both client and candidate
Manage the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing and interviewing, through to offer, negotiation and placement

WHAT IS NEEDED FROM YOU?

Matric
4 Years in a similar environment (negotiable)
Knowledge of Placement Partner advantageous but not a must (training will be provided)
Natural talent for networking and client relationship management
Mature, self-managing style and the ability to be organised
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Excellent English skills (read, speak and write)
Ambition, resilience and the drive to smash your goals – POSITIVE attitude!
Meeting KPI’s for the month
