We are EXPANDING, and are on the lookout for a Multitalented Recruitment Consultant to join our thriving team!

POSITION INFO:
As a dynamic and results-driven team, the ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and screening candidates to facilitating interviews and placements.
This role requires strong communication skills, an ability to build relationships, and a keen understanding of talent acquisition strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies to attract top talent
Screen and shortlist candidates based on client requirements
Conduct interviews and assess candidate suitability
Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and clients
Identify and develop new business opportunities through client outreach and networking
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates
Provide market insights and recruitment advice to clients
Negotiate offers and facilitate the hiring process
Stay updated on industry trends and best recruitment practices

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Proven experience as a recruiter (agency or in-house) Advantageous
Strong sourcing skills using job boards, LinkedIn, and other recruitment tools
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage multiple roles and meet deadlines
Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills
High level of professionalism and integrity
Minimum Matric Required
Driver's License and Own Vehicle (Non-Negotiable)
