SUMMARY:
Urgently looking for 2 young and dynamic Recruitment Consultants that are hungry for money. We are based in Pretoria East and we still believe in an office-based environment.
We are a Project (Job Spec) orientated, thus Quality is more important than Quantity. No more cold calling, typing of your own CVs or doing your own references. You will have the necessary office support to focus on finding and placing quality candidates. Ideally looking for 6 months to 3 years experience in recruitment. Must be fully bilingual in Afrikaans and English (Not negotiable).

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Duties and responsibilities amongst others:

Full recruitment lifecycle without the cold calling (Business Development Executive will provide the Job Specs). Will require to assist in generating leads.
Qualifying of Job Specs.
Sourcing quality candidates for existing vacancies.
Maintain relationships with new Clients.
Contact / Screening and interview all possible candidates for available positions.
CV submission to relevant clients.
Co-ordinating the recruitment process with clients and candidates.
Making the placement.

Minimum Requirements:

Matric
6 months - 3 years experience.
Target Driven / Money hungry
Excellent Communication skills (Afrikaans and English)
Must be computer literate
Able to work within a semi open-plan environment
Team player
