The successful candidate must fulfil the following minimum requirements
 
The candidate must be:

• able to work under pressure
• able to work independently
• able to supervise other employees
• must have good leadership and communication skills

 
The ideal candidate must have working experience on

• extensive experience in recruiting and sourcing of candidates
• Placement Partner.
• Recruitment Portals such as Careers24, Pnet etc.
• Supervising other recruiters.
• Must have reasonable understanding and experience working with Timesheets

 
The ideal candidate must be willing, ambitious, vibrant, and energetic
The ideal candidate must be versatile and adaptable 
The candidate must have a valid driver's license and own transport
