SUMMARY:
We are looking for a diligent, target driven individual, who will form part of our team. Client focused; exceeding their expectations, with a proven sales track record.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Promoting Swift to potential new clients
Main industry focus and specialist within the specific industry sector
Client visits to existing and potential clients
Market research, mapping out potential clients, setting up meetings
Building and maintaining relationships with clients
Negotiating rates with new clients
Market research
Identifying and approaching suitable candidates
Mapping out candidates according to the clients requirements
Approaching suitable candidates fitting client requirements
Comprehensive interviewing and reference checking of potential candidates
Job analysis and assessments

Background checks: ITC, ID and criminal verification check
Arranging interviews between clients and candidates
Negotiations remuneration packages between Clients and Candidates
General Administration
Dead line driven

REQUIREMENTS:

Minimum of 3 years Sales and Client service experience, recruitment experience would be advantages.
3 years business development experience
Fluent in English and Afrikaans
Excellent communications skills
Extremely driven and diligent individual
Ability to work under pressure
Own reliable transport
APSO accreditation would be advantages
6 months proven sales track record must be provided
