We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Recruitment Resourcer to join our client’s dynamic team in Cape Town. Reporting to the UK Director and supporting Consultancy teams, the successful candidate will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and shortlisting candidates to meet clients'' specific requirements. This role involves close collaboration with senior recruiters and hiring managers to ensure a seamless recruitment process.
Key Responsibilities:

Candidate Sourcing: Utilize various channels, including job boards, social media platforms, and networking events, to identify and attract potential candidates.

Screening and Shortlisting: Review applications, conduct preliminary interviews, and assess candidate suitability based on job specifications.

Database Management: Maintain and update the candidate database, ensuring all information is accurate and up-to-date.

Job Advertising: Draft and post compelling job advertisements to attract qualified candidates.

Client Liaison: Collaborate with clients to understand their recruitment needs and provide regular updates on progress.

Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends and labour market developments to provide valuable insights to clients and candidates.

Administrative Support: Assist with interview coordination, collection of candidate documentation, and other administrative tasks as required.
