JOB DESCRIPTION:

As a Recruitment Consultant you will be expected to carry out the following duties:

Business development (cold calling to source clients who need your assistance to fill scare roles in their business units)
Build up a talent pool of candidates with scarce skills to send to clients
Interviewing of candidates
Reference checking
Maintain CRM database and other admin duties
Building relationships with key role players
Achieving and exceeding sales targets

Requirements:

Matric (degree is an advantage)
3-6 years sales/recruitment experience
Proven sales record
