JOB DESCRIPTION:

The role of a recruitment consultant will equip you with knowledge and skills such as:
- High level business acumen
- Client relationship development
- Growing your network and reputation in the industry
- Finding skilled candidates
- Advanced Interviewing skills
- Technical recruiting
- Negotiations
- Facilitating a recruitment processes to ensure the placement of a candidate within a corporate or medium-sized enterprise
- Closing hundred thousand Rand deals!
Requirements:
- A degree in Human Resources, Psychology or Business Management
- No relevant experience required (we train recruiters!)

You also need a heart for people, must enjoy interacting and working with people and want to help people improve their lives.
Our company offers graduates a full time three-week Recruitment Sales Training program, combined with support at the desk, to assist you in making a success of this job as quickly as possible.
